This was a recommendation, and I am so glad we listened. Took my wife for her birthday dinner, and it was better than we imagined. We had a 6:30 reservation, and they gave us the option for the patio or inside along the windows, we chose inside because of the heat. Our server, Brandon, was phenomenal. Attentive, funny, and on top of his game. Frank the manager was excellent as well. I hate that most people only write negative reviews, because people need praised as well. This place and these guys deserve all the praise. Can’t wait to come back in the future.

Went here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. My wife and I received exceptional service from Andrea. The seafood was phenomenal. I recommend the all you can eat large stone crab option (~190$ before tax and tip). We also got the lobster ravioli, and the half seafood tower. Great views. Recommend OpenTable reservations.

I was seated at Table 1, and unfortunately it was one of the worst tables in the restaurant. The bar is only about a foot away, so there was constant traffic and people moving around the entire meal. The staircase to the lower level is directly behind the table as well, making the area feel extremely crowded and hectic. P.s. who seats children next to the bar. Ding Ding Ding FOH manager did. Service overall felt very slow. My water sat empty for quite a while before being refilled, and dirty dishes remained on the table longer than expected because the section wasn’t being cleared promptly. I also noticed the FOH manager standing near the hostess stand for most of the evening while the dining area clearly needed attention. My server was also bartending, so I understand she was stretched thin and she did her best under the circumstances. However, it definitely felt like larger parties were receiving priority and more attentive service. I had planned on treating myself to a nice meal and ordering more, but the long waits discouraged me from doing so. One especially off-putting moment was witnessing a waiter( tall, sandy brown hair) picked his nose and eat it in plain view of guest

had such a great experience at Billy’s Stone Crab. I went with my family and it made it even more special. We ordered the seafood tower and it was incredible fresh, beautifully presented, and perfect for sharing. The atmosphere made the whole experience even better, right on the water with a great vibe. Everything felt like a treat from start to finish. Definitely a spot I would recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a memorable meal with family. Highly recommend!

We came here for lunch and found a new favorite spot. The conch chowder (not on the menu but always available) was zesty and hearty. The crab cake were some of the best on South Florida, filled with a lot of crab. Th blackened grouper sandwich was a generous portion which was prepared perfectly, served with some crispy coated fries. The brussel sprouts were good but could use a bit of acid to balance the sweetness - I squeezed some lime on them and sprinkled a bit of hot sauce. The coleslaw was fine but nothing special. We sat outside and enjoyed the canal traffic and the breeze until it started to rain. They immediately lowered the shades which helped tremendously. We finished just as the rain became heavy and the shades couldn't keep us dry. Note: the car valet was friendly, but had to work with a small lot and a lot of traffic. I was surprised at how quickly the area by the drop off and pickup flooded and the valet didn't have any golf umbrellas to help shield the arriving and departing diners. Nonetheless, overall experience was great.
